Does the advertised price include flights to the destination?
No all prices quoted are for the price of the holiday once you have arrived at the location of the trip. Once in your chosen location almost everything is included in the price of you holiday. If you have any doubts about what is and isn't included just ask.
Do we need travel insurance?
Get Wet Expeditions are not responsible for taking any travel insurance on your behalf, we highly recommend that you ensure you have the correct travel insurance policy to cover you for the activities you will be taking part in whilst on your chosen holiday
Do you provide all the equipment needed?
Yes on any Get Wet Expedition holiday all the specialist technical and safety equipment is provided by us. All you need to bring are suitable clothes and shoes for the activities you will be taking part in. Should your activities require the use of wet suits or dry suits we will provide them.
Do I need to be an experienced rafter to come on a rafting holiday?
No, of course not, we already have the experience and we will gladly pass it onto you during your raft trip, although you might turn up a little wet behind the ears we will guide you and teach you everything you need to know so that you leave an experienced rafter.
What experience do I need to book onto one of your rafting trips as a kayaker?
You will need to prove to us that you are capable of kayaking the type of water that we are running our expedition on. Providing you have the relevant experience you will be able to kayak alongside our safety kayakers for the rafting trip, maybe your family will be in one of the rafts?
Are all your Guides and Instructors qualified?
Get Wet Expeditions uses the qualified guide and instructors on all it expeditions and holidays, we will also ensure that we have local guides with us at all times to ensure that everyone gets the most out of every destination.
